The cottage is on Beautiful wooded lot with a breathtaking view of the sunset. It is a large 4 bedroom ranch with a wide open floorplan. The living room is 16" x 22" and the living room, dining room and kitchen are one big open room, ideal for a large group to vacation together. There are 2 bedrooms at each end of the cottage. The cottage is about 50 feet from the lakeshore. There is a partially covered octagon-shaped deck overlooking the lake with a swing, octagon picnic table and a patio table and chairs. We also have a swing in the yard, a firepit for evening campfires, an L-shaped dock with a bench in the end for fishing or sunbathing. We also have a private playground with the slide built on the hill for safety. We provide 4 boats with the cottage; rowboat, paddleboat, canoe and a kayak. There is also a sand volleyball court on the waterfront. We also rent our own private porta-jon for the cottage at the lakeshore.
These are non-smoking cottages and are pet friendly.

We are 20 minutes from both Ludington and Manistee. There are dune rides in Pentwater, which is 40 minutes away. Michigan Adventure is about an hour south of the cottage. |

Brand new pontoon boat 20'-$440/week include at least $40 of gas
OB motor 15 HP $125/wk include 6 gallons gas
OB motor 9.9 HP $100/wk include 6 gallons gas
**Deposit-I take a $200 deposit upon reservation-it is held over and above the rent for cleaning and breakage and will be returned 2 weeks after you leave if the cottage is left clean and in good repair.
This is a housekeeping cottage- you need to leave it as it was found to get your deposit back.
