Description

The cottage is on Beautiful wooded lot with a breathtaking view of the sunset. It is cute, cozy, clean and perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The cottage is about 50 feet from the lakeshore and there is a partially covered deck overlooking the lake with a swing and a patio table with chairs. We also have a swing in the yard, a firepit for evening campfires, an L-shaped dock with a bench at the end for fishing or sunbathing. We also have a private playground with the slide built on the hill for safety. We provide 4 boats with the cottage; rowboat, paddleboat, canoe and a kayak. There is also a sand volleyball court on the waterfront.  We also own a porta-jon that is at the lakeshore.

We are 20 minutes from both Ludington and Manistee. There are dune rides in Pentwater, which is 40 minutes away. Michigan Adventure is about an hour south of the cottage.

OB motor 15 HP $125/wk include 6 gallons gas

**Deposit-I take a $150 deposit upon reservation-it is held over and above the rent for cleaning and breakage and will be returned 2 weeks after you leave if the cottage is left clean and in good repair.
This is a housekeeping cottage- you need to leave it as it was found to get your deposit back.
