Our year round lodge sits on a small bluff crowning Powell Lake which is located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Powell Shores Lodge is the place to stay winter or summer. This is a completely furnished first-class retreat which boasts a 100 acre spring fed lake and is available for your next adventure. Our lodge is a modern, clean, completely furnished 2 bedroom house. The deck provides an excellent view of the deck and beach area. The beach provides excellent swimming opportunities with the beach gently sloping in to the lake. The dock is 32 ft. long and provides excellent fishing right off of the end of it. There are fish cribs and a manmade rock shelf that attract fish right off your beach and dock area. The lake provides great swimming, fishing or just plain old relaxation. Fish that are commonly caught are perch, pike, crappie, and small mouth bass.
There is no need to travel to the North Pole for some of the best winter recreation anywhere, Munising and Alger County has it. Snowmobile from your front door. No need to try to beat town curfews, sled at your leisure from our lodge or suite. Powell Shores Lodge is located in the Hiawatha National Forest which provides almost 1 million acres of public lands to play in. You can find solitary spots where you'll have the shore or woods all to yourself and be the only visitor the whole day. It offers a wide variety of outdoor sports including snowmobile trail access right across the road from the lodge.

$650 per week

Boat motor, electric charger & battery package: $75.00 per week

We are open year round and will try to work with you on arrival dates and departure times. However, our normal weekly rates run Saturday to Saturday with check in time at 2 PM and check out time at 9 AM. We require a $100 deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit is applied to your rental fee. If you cancel, your deposit is refunded only if we rebook your entire week. No exceptions! We require deposit for all bookings due to previous cancellation problems.
